Dynamic Followership in Process Improvement Dynamic Followership indicates employees with leadership traits and leaders with followership traits. We can not have one without the other. This session will help participants see how they fit best in any team to create engaging work experiences. Participants will apply learning from this training to help themselves, their coworkers and direct-reports (if any) to create cohesive and engaged work teams with Dynamic results! This session directly addresses Malcolm Baldrige criteria 5.1, creating engaged employees. Though this topic was designed as an application course, the content helps clarify the value of engaged employees in any process improvement effort.
