One piece of prioritizing projects is to look at the return on investment (ROI) in hard and soft dollars.  Yet, there are few standard processes to address this important need despite economic pressures to show value.  This session will provide hands on experience using a standard framework that is industry neutral.  The framework can be used throughout the life cycle of a project to estimate ROI from planning through determining actual ROI.  It also can provide a standard basis for use across all projects that will assist with project prioritization.
