The Arizona Quality Alliance has a new partnership with Intel.  Intel trainers will mentor small to medium-sized organizations in Arizona focused on quality issues.  There are no fees involved.  Membership in AQA is suggested.

Ten organizations submitted proposals in 2008.  Four proposals were accepted and completed.

  • City of Mesa Police Department - Organizational Self Assessment & Quality Tools Training

  • Rio Salado Community College - Operational Excellence Training

  • Sonora Quest Laboratories - Culture Change

  • Scottsdale Unified School District - Develop a Quality Program & Provide Training

If you have any questions regarding this project, please don't hesitate to contact the AQA Office at 480-874-5815.

Testimonial from Scottsdale Unified School District:
“Over the course of several months and several meetings the Scottsdale Unified School District has been more motivated than ever before to deliver Exceptional Customer Service to our students, parents and peers.  The mentoring provided to us by Intel has been an invaluable resource in our Customer Service Initiative.”
AQA would like to thank the Intel employees for their depth of commitment to community needs by applying their professional skills and taking the spirit of volunteerism to a more impactful and sustainable level.
